This is incredible! 😳 The rental car was even cleaner and tidier than my own. ❤️❤️😆 The car was in excellent condition, and the driver's system was up to date. Two large and two small suitcases fit perfectly in the SIENTA. Just remember to tell the driver you'll be bringing luggage; he'll be very considerate and make arrangements. There's no parking nearby, but there is space for motorcycles. You can get free parking with a small beauty treatment (which is reasonable). 👍 The fees were fair, and the instructions for pick-up and drop-off were clear, both with text and diagrams. The reception was very friendly and polite. A truly wonderful experience. I'll definitely be back next time.

It was easy to pick up and drop off. But the owner need to let future overseas car renters to know in advance to prepare some money changes to pay for ETC in cash. He didn’t let me know that we could pay via the credit card form that I’ve written until I went out to look for changes 😅 however, the rest of the service are okay!

The new car was great! 👍 We were given a dispatch upgrade. 🚗 Pickup was easy. They'll pick you up at the airport, take you to the parking lot, and explain how to use the car and how to get there. They'll tell you the drop-off location the day before. We picked up the car with a full tank, and we had to return it with a full tank as well. The service staff was great and efficient.👍
