The rental staff provided excellent explanations, and the car itself was of superb quality. We enjoyed our rental; it was a high-quality vehicle with good driving performance and connectivity to mobile devices. Overall, everything was great, including the pick-up and return process. We used the car for a total of 5 full days, and the fuel cost was only 770 baht, which is considered very fuel-efficient. Importantly, booking through Trip.com gave us a cheaper price than booking at the counter.

The car was exactly as advertised and clean, but allow extra time for walking after returning the car, especially if you're at Samui Airport. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the check-in area after you've returned it to the same spot you picked it up. Overall, it was okay. I didn't drive around much, mostly stayed at the hotel ðĪĢ (The service was convenient and fast; when I mentioned I was in a hurry, they quickly checked everything before returning the car).
