I had a very good experience with Eurocar at Christchurch Airport. When I first checked the car given to me, I noticed that one of the tires had a puncture. I immediately informed the staff, and they were very accommodating and quick to act. Without hesitation, they replaced the car right away, making sure our safety would not be compromised during our long drive from Christchurch to Queenstown. Their customer service in that moment was excellent and reassuring.
The only downside is that my deposit has not yet been refunded, even though several days have already passed. While I completely appreciate their prompt assistance and the smooth replacement process, I hope the deposit refund process could be faster to make the experience fully seamless.
Overall, I would still recommend Eurocar for their professionalism and commitment to customer safety.
