My flight was delayed and I was worried about being late to pick up my car. Upon arrival and knowing that I will definitely be late, I tried calling Hertz Penang a few times but no one picked up the phone. I was really glad that the chat support staff from Trip.com was quick and responsive, letting me know that they would contact Hertz on my behalf and later on follow up with an update upon a successful change in pickup time. Well done, Trip.com! As for the Hertz staff, Iman and his colleague were pleasant and professional. The white Toyota Cross was very clean, and it was a pleasure to drive it around town.
