Overall very good service, staff was helpful and friendly. As we typed wrong time of pick up am instead of pm so there were extra charges as after working hours. Fair enough as the cost of daily rent was reasonably cheap compared to other places. The staff also spoke mandarin so was easy for us to communicate. Just the etc card would be more convenient if was registered or borrowed from the car company. As we used cash to go on highway tolls. Thank you for the service. Next time will choose a car which has higher cc likely family Hybrid car would be even better. More safe and has more power on highways.
