Aside from my review. I am disappointed with Trip.com. my booking of the car rental with Trip.com paid full price and the price detail indicate "Third-party Liability Insurance, Collision Damage Waiver" but when we are at the rental shop picking up the rental car we were told the "Third-party Liability Insurance, Collision Damage Waiver" is not recognized by Nippon Rent-A-Car shop and we're had to pay extra car insurance coverage else the car will not have insurance coverage.
