The car was a few years old and had minor scratches and other wear and tear but from what I could tell, was in good mechanical shape. The car was a Toyota Porte which has an unusual design with 2 doors on the driver side and one sliding door on the passenger side.
The pickup process was easy as the agent reached out to us on WhatsApp before the rental and arranged to meet us in the airport parking garage.
We unfortunately had our departure delayed due to an airline strike but the car rental company was very accommodating and agreed to extend our rental for a few days, which was extremely helpful.
I recommend this company!

HM car quality is excellent and clean. Through the Trip.com support, we are able to secure the booked model upon arrival without a replacement model. They have a Mandarin speaking gentleman stationed in the office to support. This is an extra credit to HM.
HM does not have a counter in office, but remember to save down their whatapp number and connect them upon arrival to ask for their free transport to their nearby office. Wait at the No 15 stand when you walk out the airport, cross the road and tirn left.
Remembered always stick to the returning time agreed in contract and have a good habitat otherwise late return will impact the next user of the car in the turn, especially in the summer vacation.
When you return, pls refuel in the preferred station and show your receipt to HM in car return for full fuel, which will be fantastic.
Smart traveller will buy the Trip.com extra coverage package which is essential to face any unexpected rainstorm and flooding situation

Although the car is not the same as the original reservation, it is of the same class. Five people sit, stuffed with five suitcases + 3 boarding boxes is very powerful! Really the sparrow is small and complete, it is highly recommended and the price is very cheap!  The point is that there is an airport connection in this rental. I didn't find it when I went there, but when we returned the car, we took us to the airport .
