Although we specifically requested it, we were so grateful that they even drove us back to the hotel for the airport pickup and return. The rental car was also very reasonably priced, and since the location is right near LaLaport, it is very convenient to visit immediately after picking up the car! I traveled around Fukuoka by rental car using Trip.com. I was worried because there were no reviews, but there was no need to worry. They came to pick me up right when I arrived at the airport, and they even replied to my KakaoTalk messages in Korean. They responded almost immediately, which was absolutely the best 👍🏻. Since it was my first time renting a car overseas, I was nervous starting the day before, but thanks to their thoughtful consideration, I had a truly exciting trip. I wanted to ride a small Japanese box car, which is rare to see in Korea, and luckily they had one, so I had a lot of fun driving it. The driving wasn't as fast as on Korean roads, and drivers were very courteous, so after getting used to it for thirty minutes, I naturally started to enjoy the ride. Koreans, don't worry! If you need one, go ahead and book! Haha. Completely satisfied 👍🏻👍🏻

Seamless experience from pickup to return. The staff communicated via WhatsApp and reminded us a day before our rental, checking details such as whether we were arriving at the domestic or international airport. They picked us up at Fukuoka International Airport and drove us about 15 minutes to the rental location. We received a Nissan Note and initially worried it might be too small, but it comfortably accommodated 2 adults, 1 child and 2–3 pieces of luggage. The car was spotless and came with a charging cable and phone holder for GPS. It took a little time to get used to, but we were comfortable with it by the end. Return was equally seamless. They kindly offered to drive us to our hotel, and when I left something in the car, they came down a second time to return it. Impeccable service. Tips: Get the ETC card for automatic toll payment. A petrol station is 1 minute away, making refuelling convenient. Late returns cost ¥1,000/hour. Highly recommended!
