Chinese-owned car rental company. Communication was seamless. The final car return inspection was also relaxed; they weren't overly meticulous. The entire process was smooth and the experience was fantastic. I'll definitely choose them again next time I'm in Japan.

The shop's service was excellent; it's a Chinese-owned car dealership, so communication was easy, and the cars were in good condition... Before ordering, I confirmed that I would add a phone holder and ETC (Electronic Toll Collection) device, which would be very convenient for highway driving.

This is a Chinese-owned company. The car and service were both good. Thank you, Ms. Ma, for the phone holder that came with it. Based on my experience of renting in Japan many times, I usually choose Toyota Rent. This time, choosing a Chinese company meant I got a better deal. Since I was traveling alone to Nikko Toshogu Shrine, Kinugawa Onsen, and other mountainous areas, and the roads in small parts of Japan are particularly narrow, I chose to rent a small car. I recommend that if you're renting a car in Japan and don't have a large group, try to rent a small car, as it's more suitable for the road conditions.

The owner and customer service representatives are both Chinese; they're all very nice. The cars are in excellent condition, and they offer ETC (Electronic Toll Collection) rentals with simple procedures. Professional service. I'll definitely use them again next time.

A very satisfactory car rental experience. The price was affordable, and the language barrier was no problem for Chinese drivers. The car was brand new with only a few thousand kilometers on it. Someone picked us up directly from the airport and took us to the rental location a few kilometers away. We filled out a simple form and received a video of the car's condition sent to me via WeChat as proof of mutual agreement. Since I had full insurance, they only needed a quick look at the car when we returned it, and then they took us to the airport. The lady who served us was very welcoming; thank you again! 🙏 I'll definitely use this company for future car rentals in Tokyo. Highly recommended!
