Although the car was a little old, it was in good condition and the air conditioning was very cool. However, it is recommended to bring your own windshield sunshade when renting a car in summer. It will make a big difference if you open it when getting off and then getting on (I forgot this time...). The windshield insulation paper may not be strong enough, and it was still very sunny while driving. Remember to prepare sunglasses. Overall, it was a good experience and I would consider renting again.

I booked a car through TRIP, and the entire process was incredibly smooth.
After booking, they immediately sent me a reminder email detailing the pick-up location, which put me at ease.
The online staff was very friendly and spoke fluent Chinese, which was very important to me and saved me a lot of communication hassles.
Their service was excellent, and they carefully explained the rental terms and conditions and precautions.
I was particularly impressed by the fact that they proactively sent me a reminder the day before pick-up, reminding me to bring my Chinese-Japanese driver's license and reconfirming the time and location.
Before returning the car, they thoughtfully sent me information about the drop-off location and nearby gas stations, which was very helpful in planning my trip.
If you have time before returning the car and refueling, you can go to Tokoname Onsen for a bath, a rest, and some food (it's a great value).
Overall, this is a very attentive car rental company with excellent communication. From booking to return, every step was reassuring and satisfying. I highly recommend this company!
