The car was clean, well-maintained, and fuel-efficient. The staff was friendly and punctual. I was picked up from the airport and taken to their office (about 10 minutes away) for a quick briefing. Everything was smooth — from booking to return. I initially booked for 4 days but extended to 8 via WhatsApp — super easy!
*Tips:*
1. Get a car with an ETC machine for tolls.
2. Bring coins or 1,000 yen notes for parking, as machines don’t accept large bills.
3. Use Google Maps on your phone (USB port available).
4. Refuel 5–10 km before reaching the airport — there are no gas stations nearby.

I rented an N-BOX! The interior was spacious and easy to use, making it comfortable even for long drives. It was convenient because I could easily carry luggage.
