Fiat 500
The car was a hybrid Fiat 500 which was very efficient for our trip from Milan. We were two adults and one kid so it was perfect. The deposit was much smaller than the other companies so it was great. The car had many scratches but it was all documented. We would recommend this rental car

The car rental company is not inside the airport; you need to call to book a shuttle. They can communicate in English. The driver is great, and the journey takes about 5 minutes. The rental process is not too complicated, but there are some tricks to charge extra fees, which are not high, such as interior cleaning fees, etc.

Renault Symbioz
I booked a Renault Symbioz, but they rented me a smaller Jeep Renegade. My luggage didn't fit in the trunk, so I requested a Symbioz, but they initially refused, stating the classes were different. However, I asked again and eventually managed to rent a Symbioz. I don't understand why they tried to rent me a Jeep Renegade when I paid more, booked through Hertz—a global company rather than an Italian one—and reserved the Symbioz class. Additionally, the rental office was far away for both pickup and return, which was inconvenient.
