had a very good experience renting a BMW 3 Series in Rome and returning it in Florence. The whole process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free from start to finish.
Picking up the car in Rome was easy and well organized. The staff explained everything clearly, and there were no unnecessary delays or complications. The BMW was in great condition, clean, comfortable, and perfect for the drive through Italy.
Returning the car in Florence was just as simple. The drop-off process was fast, straightforward, and without any unpleasant surprises. Everything went exactly as expected.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the service. It was convenient to pick up the car in one city and leave it in another, and the entire experience was stress-free. I would definitely recommend this rental company to anyone planning to travel around Italy by car.
