The car rental process was smooth. There's a shuttle bus from the airport to the rental company; the earliest bus departs at 8:00 AM, and the latest arrives at the airport at 7:50 PM, so you need to return the car before 7:50 PM. The car was upgraded, drove very smoothly, and had plenty of space. The staff spoke excellent English; you can contact them via Line or WhatsApp. When returning the car, I couldn't find the rental company's location using the navigation and drove around for 15 minutes. Because it was close to my return time, the staff contacted me via WhatsApp and gave me the location on Naver Maps, which allowed me to navigate back to the rental company smoothly using my phone. A deposit is deducted from your credit card when you rent the car, and it will be refunded upon return.
