I was a little worried because of some negative reviews, but I actually used it and found it very convenient and satisfactory. The staff were friendly, and the vehicle pickup and return process was convenient. The vehicles were also top-notch. Thanks to them, I had a pleasant seven-day trip from Christchurch to Queenstown. I wish New Zealand and Thrifty Rent-a-Car all the best.

We goy a new car, Kia Sonics for person of two which is very sufficient. Car is new and clean and in good condition. Pick up is very easy as it’s just located outside the arrival hall after you picked up your luggages. And we can pick up the car immediately from the airport after check in at the counter.

The car was a Vitz. I don't check the fuel economy often, but I think it was around 17-19km/L. It had Bluetooth. It didn't seem to have a navigation system. It would have been nice if it had a rearview monitor. The person who helped me was very kind. The license plate number was easy to remember :)
