Someone directly picked us up at the airport to the rental car point a few kilometers away. I simply filled out a form and took a video of the full car and sent it to my WeChat as a certificate of mutual recognition of the car. Because of the full insurance, When returning the car, just take a look and then send us to the airport. The lady who served us was very enthusiastic, and I would like to thank you again 🙏 and then go to Tokyo to rent a car. Solemnly recommend it to everyone

The staff speaks mandarin which makes rental process a lot easier for us as we don’t speak Japanese. Communication was smooth and the response to our queries was very prompt. Overall service was excellent, and car looks pretty new. Would definitely be using them again in future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for car rental at narita airport.
