The owner picks us up at the arrival of the airport and bring us the office to sign the contract . Everything is going right and he gave information to use the car and how to contact him. On the return , he checks the car instantly and bring us to the new hotel. Great !

The staff were friendly and helpful, and they spoke Chinese. They were able to recommend the most efficient way to get to the attractions, saving us time and effort in communication. The only downside was that the car didn't have a navigation system (we thought all Japanese cars had one), so we had to use our phones for navigation, which was still inconvenient.
