This car rental was a bit of a rip-off. The dealership staff didn't explain much when I picked up the car, and since there wasn't a paper receipt, I didn't notice any extra charges. Only after returning the car did I realize I had to fill up the tank, receive roadside assistance, and pay for insurance. I contacted the Ctrip official website to talk to them, but they didn't respond. It was definitely disappointing. I'll definitely check carefully when picking up a rental car next time!
