Excellent! We rented a car from this company without any problems using our Japanese driver's license and a JAF translation. The car was in excellent condition. The store is right across from the Kaohsiung MRT station. Everything from pickup to return was smooth. I highly recommend the three friendly staff members for their excellent service!
