What an amazing hotel! I love everything about it, the location, the surroundings, the cleanliness, the service, etc. The room was really clean and quiet, the breakfast was good, and the service was amazingly nice! I really enjoyed my time there.

We stayed at the Modern Bamboo Tree House Magical. It felt like camping in the jungle, an extraordinary experience. The rooms have no walls, giving you an open feeling like you're outdoors. The bedrooms have mosquito nets, which created a fun tent-like atmosphere. However, rooms with walls are also available, so you can choose the one that suits your preferences. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a special experience in Ubud.

Hotel In the city and near to changgu beach, room is good and friendly staff. Overall is good but staff need more communicate with all department because I book the room including breakfast but in the next day, I have to go on trip in early morning 5:30 AM so we talk with the reception they said they can prepare breakfast box for us because breakfast will start at 7 AM and we check out early but when we came at reception area to check out at 5:30 AM, they said our breakfast box is not available because they got the detail that we will pick up breakfast at 7:30 AM that is not correct because I thought we already talk with the reception that we will collect it 5.30 am

The hotel it self is pretty old, need a lot of maintenance, wall painting coming off everywhere , there’s a noise coming out from the toilet every 30 minutes probably the water pressure but pretty annoying. only got 3 channel tv and it’s all abt news, Can’t connect to Netflix either. I booked deluxe room with single bed and it’s actually twin bed converted to single bed, even the blanket they use for twin beds so I got 2 small blanket instead of king size bed cover, lucky I sleep alone so small blanket is fine. No hand/face towel. I book 5 night and only slept there 1 night. that’s how uncomfortable it is for me. The only good thing abt this hotel is the location which closed to everything you ask for in central Seminyak, and the price is very cheap. Recommended for bag packer.

Great little hotel if you want close to airport. Yes it is in a busy noisy location but if that's a a problem just tell staff and a quiet room can be found. I was on 5th floor and it was perfect. Pool and restaurant also good . Room simple but clean

Simple and just nice for a budget stay. Location wise near to shop and food area. We've tried their restaurant meal for dinner. We like it quite a distance to go to the beach. Unless u rent a bike then should be ok. Range small scooter range rp 75K to 100k. Good breakfast / lunch outside near the hotel too

I had to find a last-minute hotel near the airport because my Vietjet flight was delayed and my luggage went missing, making it impossible to continue my onward journey. It's a standard 4-star hotel; everything was perfectly acceptable. While not luxurious, it was quite comfortable. My booking via Ctrip didn't include breakfast, but I added it on for one person at the last minute for 150,000 VND. The spread was quite substantial, and the dining area offered both indoor (lobby) and outdoor seating, both of which were very pleasant. A final tip: I highly recommend using Grab for taxis and avoiding hailing one directly at the airport.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is convenient, and the atmosphere is peaceful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

The impressions were mixed, the hotel has a very good location, it is close to the sea, but to get there by a short route - you have to walk through unpleasant narrow streets and squeeze between buildings, if a bike starts to go towards you, then you have to go back or squeeze into the wall - this is very inconvenient. We also tried to get to the beach by bike, and there was a paid access, if you are on transport - this does not apply to the hotel, but in general, it looks like nonsense. The hotel itself looks very stylish, and the interiors are good. However, the room has poor soundproofing. The bathroom is also inconvenient, as it lacks privacy. Not only is it covered with glass instead of a solid door, but it also allows a lot of sound to pass through. At 3 a.m., a rooster started crowing in the private sector near the hotel. The crowing was extremely loud, and it sounded as if the rooster was in the same room as us. I couldn't get enough sleep because of this, and my entire experience was ruined. On the positive side, the hotel offers a delicious and well-executed breakfast. The room we stayed in had two air conditioners, which made it easy to adjust the temperature. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. However, soundproofing and a good night's sleep are crucial for me, so I don't think I'll be returning.
