I came here 2 times with my family. The first time in 2023, everything was pretty good, but this time 2024 I was quite disappointed. Disappointed is not because of the facilities of Amy Apartment but about the way the staff handles the situation. When I checked out, I was asked to pay extra for Minibar and you were sure that my family used it while I confirm 100% that I only used the right bottle of big spring water. Instead of listening to guests, the staff uses a confession tone, saying: ”I've encountered many cases like this” -＞ Doesn't mean all guests act the same. ”If you don't pay, you have to pay the staff” -＞ The money is not worth it, I paid but I said that I am not satisfied because I was forced to pay what I didn't use. Customers are charged to use Minibar because the staff has checked carefully. Instead of standing at the customer side to consider whether the staff is carefully examining or the guest has some mistakes, it is a mistake that the customer is wrong and the guest has to pay extra. This place does not say whether the customer is right or wrong, but the way you deal with the problem is very poor. This return to 2024 is quite bad.
