Kuala Lumpur Apartments

It was my 2nd time staying here and it was as pleasant as usual. The check in was very smooth and it took us 10 mins (probably bc we checked in during non peak hour). However, something could be done with the access card as it took us many tries to scan the card and press our room level. The waiting time for the lift was long. Initially the infinity pool has the KLCC view but this time, it was blocked by the other hotel which i believe is the sister company of the Face Suite. Overall a pleasant stay!

This hotel very very very good and nice in my opinion, they got 2 in 1 washing machine and dryer, bathroom spacious and very good in term of everything, they also got small kitchen that I can optionally cook, the refrigerator is huge! The king bed and pillow very very good that you can sleep very well. Room quite dark because of lack of light but I like it. Its very feels like home. I not suggesting to have breakfast here because of very minimal choices but mee goreng for me delicious! Rooftops pool seems nice with the minimal view, you need proper attire according to guideline.

Good morning KL,last day & a last shots of the beautiful views from 23rd floor of the suites I stayed. My apologies didn’t get their names, all I remember 1 day with black headscarf I presumed she the person in-charge & another lady with bronze shoulder hair length helps me up so much & this morning I check out she already prepared my cash back🥰love it so very much. My thanks to the Chinese guy wit her this morning too whom super friendly that’s I love his attitude on how he talks to his guests,do give all this team a very great compliment from me🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩💖💖💖💖💖

We booked for king bedroom but get two twin bed combined. But we’re too tired to complaint and request for change of room since we arrived quite late at night. Other than that all ok. A lot of tv channel, nice view, breakfast not much but sufficient, gym functioning well and there is mart at lobby if you need anything. Safety can be questioning as no need to use access card to access lift, anyone can go to any floor. Parking not free. There are charges rm10/day. Need to put safety deposit rm100 then only you get the parking card. Overall, this hotel is ok. Not too good and not too bad. Will stay here again

The check in process is easy and smooth. We upgraded our room to two bedroom apartment and its the best decision as the apartment is very spacious for kids especially my mum since she is on wheelchair. The staff is super helpful with our needs. The breakfast spread is very nice and we love the soft fresh from oven croissant.

We booked the Apartment through Air BNB, and we felt satisfied. We rent 2 bedrooms apartment and it was spacious with completed facilities. The Apartment located at the central, walking distance to Bukit Bintang Area, Jl. Alor and also easy to order Grab Taxi or Grab Food if you need to order it. There is also a convenience store, coffee shop and restaurants next to the apartment. The swimming pool is huge and superb. Great place to stay.

Couldnt be better. Best location, good rate, clean room, comfortable bed and a room with view. Sub from Hotel Maya. Check in place is at the gym floor of Hotel Maya which is near to pool. Sharing the same facilities with Hotel Maya. Raymond was the person who assisted us to check in, very friendly and the check in and out was easy.

Have to say that the location was the most ideal location as its located at the heart of bukit bintang. However the hotel itself is so rundown. The toilet once u flush the first time u have to wait almost 5mim just to flush another time. The tap waters have to run for a couple minutes before u see clean water running because it was all dark and murky water once I opened the tap.The wifi was terrible and the TV channels was so limited and unclear to watch at all.But still, the location was very² ideal.

We stayed with family in 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments. Would like to thank staff for housing both apartments to same floor and close to each other. The apartments are very spacious (specially 3 bedroom, Wow!) and in very good condition. Not to mention the beautiful views. Also must mention that the staff did excellent job assisting us with whatever needs came up during our stay. Thank you for hosting us - it was a pleasure! :)

The staff at Somerset was extremely accommodating and helpful. We were early before check in at 3pm but they were all so hospitable and brought us to the lounge to freshen up and a coffee. I wished only that they have a proper restaurant for buffet breakfast (like the rest of other Somerset locations) instead of packing in prepackaged breakfast. Other than this , everything else was perfect.
