Yerevan Apartments

I recommend this apartment to travelers who want to reserve and fully pay online from other countries. I booked an apartment from the US and paid the price online, but I couldn't be there. The transition and refund policy was fair, and they could handle it smoothly. They are always available to talk and easy to reach out to.

Location was great. The studio was nice. The number listed here doesn't belong to the hotel anymore, so that needs to be updated. Maybe the staff should be more attentive with basic things like toilet paper which was almost finished and there were no extras.

The room is relatively large, there is also a kitchen, and the facilities are relatively complete. The surrounding food and travel are very convenient, and I feel that the price/performance ratio is good, and it is recommended!

Very good location, apartments are in the house-building, I understand, in the Armenian style. Responsive staff - responded quickly to questions and requests. Booked, TK was late departure and in previous apartments there was no possibility to extend the stay. Matras, by the way, very good. There is even a small kitchen with microwave, perhaps even with the stove (to be honest, didn't remember).

This is our 3rd stay at this magnificent hotel. We love staying here. They have great service and amazing views of Yerevan and Mount Ararat. It's a quick 10 minute taxi ride to the heart of Yerevan ($2 trip cost). Breakfast is great, delicious fresh and organic. Would highly recommend for couples or families. They also have tennis courts and a great swimming pool.
